"Let me start by saying this is a 5 star host! Tracie is wonderful to deal with and easy to reach. She is one of the most responsive and thoughtful hosts I have ever dealt with. The house is spectacular, you have space for days, the rooms are clean and well appointed. Everything is well stocked, and there are lots of fun extras to find. The pool area feels like a mini resort. What a beautiful place to spend your mornings. Out back, the fairy lights, seating area, grill, and fire pit make for a perfect gathering place. You are close to restaurants, the beach, and downtown St. Augustine. It really is the perfect spot to stay!"
