Bedroom 2 (Office - 2 Singles)

Bedroom 3 (Queen)

Bedroom 4 (King)
The in-law is adjacent to the second living room and enjoys total seclusion from bedrooms 1-3 while also having easy access to the pool. It's the perfect spot to wind down after a long day of adventures. It has a King Casper mattress, desk, full-length mirror, and custom closet.

 

Bathroom
Worried about running out of hot water? Fear not - a tankless water heater guarantees you'll have hot water on demand, every time. In addition to the primary ensuite, there is a hall bathroom available for guests with a standup shower that includes spa bench, safety grab bar, a skylight, and plenty of fluffy towels.

 

Outdoors
Welcome to your own private paradise! Prepare to bask in the warm sun and indulge in the luxurious amenities of this stunning vacation home. Wade into your very own pool, lounge in the cabanas surrounded by palm trees, and rinse off under the refreshing hot outdoor shower. Adventures

You'll be delighted to know that both of these amazing destinations are a short drive away. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, Butler Beach can be driven on by 4x4 vehicles and the beach entrance is just across the street from the neighborhood! 

 

Equipment
Find zen by the pool with some morning yoga, keep up your strength using the provided free weights, or get in some cardio with a bike ride. Don't worry if you didn't bring your bike, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find the rental location at the entrance to the neighborhood. E-bikes are also available a couple blocks further down. And while you're cruising around, say “Hi” to the kiddos playing and the furry friends strolling by. It's a quiet and friendly neighborhood! Parking
The property has a spacious circular driveway and a bonus parking pad to accommodate all your vehicles. With room for up to 5 vehicles or 3-4 cars plus a small boat or RV, there's plenty of parking for everyone in your group!

Pets

Palmera is pet-friendly! The back yard and the pool deck are both fully, privacy fenced. We provide multiple pet amenities including crates, beds, blankets, towels, bowls, treats, and more! Please contact us prior to booking to discuss your furry companions joining you at Palmera.

While children are welcome at this property, it is not child proof. There are multiple doors with direct pool access. Please contact us with any questions. Your safety is our top priority!

The home has weekly pool & lawn services as well as monthly pest control service. If a visit is scheduled during your stay, you will be notified in advance but these services can not be cancelled/rescheduled and service providers will access the exterior front yard, back yard, and pool deck as needed.
